This Shipping Policy applies to all business orders placed through Patron Network.

Dispatch times:

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday
  • Dispatch times depend on stock, supplier lead times, and special‑order requirements
  • Special‑order items may have extended lead times

Shipping methods:

We use reputable couriers. Options may include:

  • Standard delivery
  • Express delivery
  • Palletised freight

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Delivery times:

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or supplier delays

Risk and title:

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery
  • Title passes only after full payment is received

Delivery issues:

  • Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours
  • Report non‑delivery within seven days
  • Provide evidence for damaged shipments

International shipping:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We do not accept returns due to customs refusal
