Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to business customers only. Consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Returns are accepted only at our discretion and subject to the conditions below.

Non‑returnable items:

  • Special‑order items
  • Custom‑configured products
  • Software licences
  • Digital downloads
  • Consumables
  • Used items
  • Installed items
  • Modified items
  • Items without original packaging

Faulty items:

If an item is faulty:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide evidence such as photos or video
  • We will assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process

Faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repair are excluded.

Discretionary returns:

If we approve a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • An RMA is required
  • Return shipping is your responsibility
  • A restocking fee of 10 to 30 percent may apply

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection
  • Deductions may apply for missing accessories, damaged packaging, signs of use, or restocking fees
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Incorrect or missing items:

Report within 48 hours of delivery
