Faulty items:
If an item is faulty:
Contact us immediately
Provide evidence such as photos or video
We will assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process
Faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repair are excluded.
Discretionary returns:
If we approve a return:
Item must be unused and unopened
An RMA is required
Return shipping is your responsibility
A restocking fee of 10 to 30 percent may apply
Refunds:
Processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection
Deductions may apply for missing accessories, damaged packaging, signs of use, or restocking fees
